Congratulations to Bridgewater Innovative Builders for winning the Greenest House Award in the 2009 Parade of Homes
.

Five blocks from downtown Whitefish, Montana, this family friendly design achieved a gold certification.  The home has recently been chosen as a finalist for the 2010 Energy Value Housing Awards (a national homebuilding competition) with a HERS score of 40.  Designed with a ground source heat pump, a well insulated and airtight envelope, the home remains architecturally beautiful as a hybrid timber frame.
